Western Digital debuts SanDisk Professional brand

An exciting new chapter has started for G-Technology as Western Digital builds on the foundation of the company’s world-renowned SanDisk® consumer brand and its professional-grade G-Technology™ brand to create the SanDisk Professional™ brand.

For seventeen years G-Technology has been the storage choice for Hollywood professionals, synonymous with on set backup and archiving. The new SanDisk Professional line features 16 modular workflow solutions.

Rest assured, some familiar features will remain, from the G logo to the product names. For example, where once we had the G-Technology Mobile SSD Pro, we now have the SanDisk Professional G-Drive SSD Pro. What’s more the SanDisk Professional line will continue to be built using the same professional-grade performance and enterprise-class reliability that you have come to expect.
