PROMISE Technology, manufacturer of the world's first and fastest Thunderbolt 2 storage solutions, have added a compact and portable 4-bay hardware RAID configuration to their Pegasus2 product family. Pegasus2 M4 features four 1TB 7200RPM 2.5" hard disk drives and enterprise-class hardware RAID technology supporting configuration in RAID 0, 1, 5, 6 and 10. Designed for location productions the M4 supports simultaneous streaming, editing and transfer of HD and 4K video files, and features dual Thunderbolt ports to facilitate daisy chaining and connection of Apple Thunderbolt displays or Mini DisplayPort devices.
