Monarch HD (HDMI I/O) and Monarch HDX (HDMI and SDI I/O) provide easy-to-use video streaming and recording designed for professional video producers as well as broadcast streaming and recording. Both appliances allow for H.264-encoded live streaming (with RTSP or RTMP protocols) while simultaneously recording a higher, master quality version (MP4 or MOV) for post-event editing, review or archiving. Webcasting to YouTube and Facebook Live is made easy through a simplified set up for these popular platforms, while video recordings can be made to an SD card, USB-attached external drive, or to a network-mapped drive or NAS. All Monarch products benefit from remote management and configuration via a computer or mobile device web browser, feature a compact desktop design and can be rack-mounted via an optional rack-mount kit.
